Privacy Policy

Data Center Dodger is a single-player game made by Greg Solt (AriesGate Tech). The game itself does not collect, store or share any personal information. The only exception on this site is the optional tester feedback form described below.
What the game stores
Your game, your achievements and your settings (sound, text speed, text size) are saved only on your own device, in the app's local storage. They never leave your device unless you choose to copy a save code yourself.
What the game does not do
- No accounts or sign-in.
- No analytics, tracking or advertising.
- No in-app purchases.
- The iPhone, iPad and Android app sends no data to the developer or to third parties.
The free web demo
Chapters 1 to 3 are free to play in your browser, with no account and no purchase. The demo saves your game in your browser's local storage on your own device. Nothing is sent to us.
This website
This site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to operate and secure the service. The site sets no cookies.
Purchases
The game is sold on the App Store, where Apple handles payment under its own privacy policy. We never see your payment details.
The tester feedback form
Before launch, testers can send feedback through the form on this site. It sends only what you type into it: which device you use, how far you got, your comments and, only if you add it, your email address. The form is hosted by Netlify and read only by Greg Solt. It is used to fix the game and to reply to you, and nothing else. It is never sold or shared. To have your feedback deleted, email greg.solt@gmail.com.
Children
The game collects no information from anyone, including children.
